How we work
Everything is mobile. There is no shop, no counter and no waiting room, because the work happens where the lock or the vehicle already is. The van carries key blanks and fobs, programming equipment, pins and cylinders for rekeying, and commercial door hardware, so most jobs are finished in a single visit.
When you call, expect questions. Year, make and model for a car key. Whether you still have a working key. What kind of door, for a commercial lockout. Those questions are not stalling, they are how we tell you what the job actually involves before anyone drives anywhere. If your vehicle is one of the few genuinely better handled by a dealer, we will say so on the phone rather than after arriving.
We pick locks rather than drilling them wherever we can. A picked lock keeps working afterwards. A drilled one has to be replaced, and that cost lands on you.

Three sides of the trade, all of it done in house.
Automotive. Car keys, fobs and smart keys cut and programmed at the vehicle. Lockouts, spares, and all keys lost. We also program keys customers have bought themselves, provided the part is right.
Residential. House lockouts, rekeying after a move or a tenant change, deadbolt and smart lock installation, and repairs on doors that have stopped locking properly.
Commercial. Office and storefront rekeying, master key systems, panic bars and exit devices, storefront and mortise hardware, and door closers.
